Can I set up a payment plan after I have made a booking with the Sales Team?
Yes, you can. Please contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.
What happens if a scheduled payment fails?
If you miss a payment, please log into the My Booking portal on our website to make the payment or contact our Customer Care Team who can take the payment separately. The missed payment is NOT added to your remaining balance, and will not be added to your remaining scheduled payments so this amount will need to be paid for separately by your balance due date.
Can I cancel or re-schedule payments?
Yes, this is not a problem. Please contact our Customer Care Team for further assistance with re-scheduling or cancelling your payment plan with us.
