We understand that balance due dates can come up at inconvenient times. So, if you cannot pay your final balance please let us know immediately.
In exceptional circumstances, we can work with our customers and suppliers and adjust a balance due date if there is no risk of charges or liability on our part.
If you choose to extend your dates, an additional charge of £10 per person will be added to your holiday balance.
Please be advised that we are unable to extend the balance due date on our handcrafted packages and on low deposits.
