There may be instances where the quickest and most convenient way to get your refund to you is by transferring this directly to your bank account. We do not hold bank account details on record and therefore we need to obtain this information from you to be able to make the refund.
This is the case:
- If you paid by bank transfer in the first instance.
- If we can’t issue refunds to the original account associated with your card payments.
- Any refund due is over and above the value of any card payments taken.
