When you book one of our handcrafted bookings, we act as the tour operator and organise every element of your travel arrangements. We book resort transfers through a trusted partner, and a local supplier will provide your transfer in the resort. Our agents discuss your travel needs and handcraft your holiday to meet your specific requirements.
Where to view details of your resort transfers.
We know some customers prefer to arrange their own transport when they arrive. If you have pre-booked a resort transfer (from the airport, port, or hotel), you can view all the details in My Booking and on your booking confirmation email.
In some instances when you book your tailor-made holiday with us, it may be too early to confirm the transfer arrangements - please read Hand-Crafted Booking - Out of date range travel arrangements guide for further information.
Once the transfers have been confirmed with our supplier, you will be able to view the full details (including the pick-up/drop-off time/s).
*IMPORTANT: Please ensure that the mobile telephone number given at the time of booking is in use and linked to the mobile device that you will have on you when you travel.
Will I receive a transfer voucher before I travel?
Before you travel, you will receive a digital ticket or voucher for every part of your trip. For transfers, we will email you a voucher for each one booked. You can also view and access your vouchers by logging into My Booking. Transfer vouchers vary by supplier. However, every voucher will confirm the booking reference, date, time, location, and instructions on how to meet your driver. Some vouchers also include:
- Your mobile telephone number
- The type of vehicle booked
- The name of the local transfer company
- Local contact details for the transfer provider, including an emergency telephone number
