Hand-Crafted Booking - Travel Documentation Guidance

When you book a handcrafted holiday with us, we act as the tour operator, and you will receive separate travel documents and vouchers for each part of your trip.

Accommodation Vouchers and Transfer Vouchers

We will email you your hotel and transfer vouchers if they are part of your booking. We aim to send these documents 7 to 10 days before you travel. Please read your vouchers carefully. They include important information about hotel check-in and essential details, like where to meet your transfer driver, booked times, and emergency contact numbers.

Digital Flight Tickets

Airlines no longer provide paper tickets, so your airline booking reference (PNR) is all you need. You can use this to check in and get your boarding passes from the airline's website or app, or print them at home. Once checked in, you can download your boarding passes to your phone or print them at home. You'll find your flight booking reference in your final travel documents and vouchers once they are ready. You can also review your full booking details and documents at any time in My Booking.

Online Check-in Times: 

Jet2: Opens 28 days prior to departure.

Easyjet: Opens 30 days prior to departure. If you are flying with a low-cost airline, you must check in online to avoid airport check-in charges. For most other airlines, you can check in online between 24 to 48 hours before departure, or at the airport without charge.

Cruise Travel Documents

You will be responsible for obtaining your cruise boarding pass. Please read more in our Tickets and Online Check-In section.
