Most cruise lines offer room service either round the clock or during set meal windows. These services could be complementary, at a charge or with gratuities depending on the line you choose to cruise with and the accommodation type you stay in with its included benefits.

P&O Cruises
Room service is available on all ships and available between 6am and 11pm. There is a charge for some items, but not for breakfast.

Royal Caribbean
There is a varied menu for room service you can order from 24 hours a day. Examples include The Royal Burger, Classic Philly with shaved rib eye, wings with a choice of 4 sauces, grilled salmon with cucumber mint yoghurt and warm chocolate chip cookies. If you are staying in a Grand Suite and higher, or just ordering a Continental Breakfast, room service is complimentary.
Cunard
Most items on the room service menu are complementary and available 24 hours a day, as well as some speciality items at an extra fee. If staying in Grills, all items are complimentary with the exception of drinks.

Carnival Cruise
Carnival will provide room service continental breakfast at no charge. As of January 2019, there will be an a la carte room across the fleet with a wide range of items on the room service menu. For this, there is a small charge, applying to options on the lunch, dinner and late-night menus.
Celebrity Cruises
Room service is available 24 hours a day.
There will be a $9.95 charge per order (if both guests order something from room service at the same time then it's one charge) for Aqua Class stateroom guests. However, Continental Breakfast is still complimentary.

Princess Cruises
All ships offer 24-hour room service, with most options being complimentary. The exceptions to this can be charged to your onboard account.

Azamara
24-hour complimentary in-stateroom dining is offered on all Azamara ships. Order from the full breakfast menu between 6:30am and 10:00am, and have it delivered at your appointed time.

Complimentary room service is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner or just for light snacks. Some items are chargeable.

Costa Cruises
Costa offers 24 hour room service. However, Room service and breakfast in-cabin is only included in the price of the cruise for Premium or Deluxe guests.

Fred Olsen
Complimentary room service is available between 10am and 11pm every day offering light snacks. Continental breakfast is available between 7am and 10am.

Norwegian Cruise Line
NCL has an enhanced room service menu with an extended range of choices when it comes to breakfast, as well as other snacks available 24 hours. A day. Separate items listed are complementary with a fee charged per order with the exception of ordering morning coffee or a continental breakfast, or for guests staying in The Haven.

MSC Cruises
Apart from the day of embarkation, breakfast can be brought to your cabin 7-10 am. This is complimentary as part of the Fantastica, Aurea and Yacht Club experiences and available for a charge for Bella. Delivery of room service is free for Fantastica and above. Charges apply for items ordered.

Crystal Cruises
You can dine in your Suite 24 hours a day via the suite directory's Room Service menu.
Hurtigruten
Those staying in suites are able to order room service from any Hurtigruten speciality dining venues during meal times, as well as items from the room service menu 24 hours a day.
Oceania Cruises
Guests can enjoy 24-hour room service as well as meals from the restaurant brought to your suite during extended dining times.
