What happens when I arrive at the destination airport?

If you have booked a Fly Cruise arrangement as offered by the cruise line, your transfers to your ship or pre-cruise hotel are included in the price of the package. All documentation and information needed for your flights, cruise, and transfers will be available to be downloaded from the cruise line website once check-in has been completed. If tickets are not available to be downloaded online (eg. Fred. Olsen, MSC)  we will send them 7-10 days prior to your departure date.

Please note that if you have booked one of our custom packages (as shown in your Iglu Booking Confirmation, as your contract will be with Iglu, not the cruise line), you will be advised at the point of sale whether the transfers are included or not. When included, we will provide you with any applicable Transfer Vouchers and full details within your tickets.

If transfers are not included, it will be your responsibility to make the journey from the airport to the pre-cruise hotel or cruise ship in time for embarkation.
