Are Planet Cruise my travel agency or tour operator?

Often, we sell a cruise-only or fly-cruise package on behalf of a cruise line. They will have put the package together, organising all the different components involved. In this case, they are the Tour Operator and we are your Travel Agent.

You can see this on your Planet Cruise Booking Confirmation because it will say your contract is with the cruise line and you should have a link to their Terms and Conditions.

Sometimes, we will put together our own fly-cruise packages, in order to offer our customers more flexibility on dates, flights, and hotels, to provide a value-for-money package that meets your requirements. In these cases, we will be the Tour Operator and you will see this on your Planet Cruise Booking Confirmation, as it will show your contract as being with Planetcruise.com.
