You can find your final balance due date on your booking confirmation email. We'll also send you automated reminders starting two weeks before the deadline.
If you miss the deadline, a late payment fee of £10 per person applies.
It's important to pay on time. If we don't receive payment, the supplier may cancel your booking and charge cancellation fees.
If you can't pay by the due date, contact our Customer Service Team immediately. In exceptional circumstances, we may be able to adjust the date, provided there is no risk of charges or liability on our part.
