It's always sad to have to cancel your holiday, however, we do understand this is sometimes unavoidable.
Cancellation Invoice:
When you cancel your booking, we will send you a cancellation invoice for your records. You may also be required to send this document to your Travel Insurance provider in the event of an insurance claim.
Cancellation invoices and documentation are generated approximately 14 days after you cancel. However, it can take up to 28 days. We will send this to you once we receive it.
No-show letter:
If you were unable to travel at the last minute, and therefore did not cancel the holiday most cruise lines will provide a no-show letter for guests who did not travel. This document may also be used in the event of an insurance claim.
Please be aware that the cruise line will not provide a no-show letter until the cruise is over so we cannot request the letter until after your disembarkation date.
If you do not receive your cancellation documentation after 28 days, or to request a no-show letter please Contact Us and we will chase this with our travel partners for you.
