If you have booked a tailor-made holiday with us, this is where we are your tour operator, you will have separate travel documents and vouchers for each element of your booking.
Accommodation Vouchers and Transfer Vouchers
We are responsible for emailing your accommodation and transfer vouchers to you if you have hotels and transfers included in your booking.
We will aim to email you these vouchers 7-10 days prior to departure.
Please read these vouchers very carefully. They will provide you with information about your hotel check-in and will give you essential information (including emergency contact details) on where to meet your transfer driver and the time booked.
Flight Tickets
We will email you your flight details. However, you are responsible for downloading your flight E-tickets and/or boarding passes.
To do this you will need to access your booking directly with the airline that you are travelling with, via their online customer portal. We will update your booking details and provide you with your airline reference number so that you can check in online and download your travel documents. Please visit the My Booking section of our website to access your booking and flight information.
Jet2 - online check-in opens 28 days prior to departure
Easyjet - online check-in opens 30 days prior to departure
Please be advised that if you are flying with a low-cost airline, you will need to check in to avoid any additional (airport check-in) charges.
For most other airlines you can check in online between 24-48 hours prior to departure or at the airport without charge.

Cruise Travel Documents
You will be responsible for obtaining your cruise boarding pass. Please visit our Help Centre section on Online Check-in and Travel Documents.
