What do I do if my transfer doesn't arrive?
Check your voucher first: Please carefully review the meeting instructions on your transfer voucher to ensure you are waiting in the exact designated location.
Track your driver: If a link was provided in your booking confirmation/voucher, you can use it to track your driver's real-time location via checkmypickup.com. You will need an internet or mobile phone connection to be able to call/message your driver and your transfer booking reference. Note: Not all providers offer this service.
Waiting time: Please allow the driver a waiting period of 10-15 minutes after your scheduled pickup time to account for unforeseen local delays.
Immediate contact: Please call the emergency telephone number provided on your transfer voucher immediately.
Company contact: Note that some local transfer providers may also attempt to contact you via WhatsApp or text message.
Alternative transport & reimbursement: If you made all reasonable attempts and you are still unable to locate your transfer, please take a local taxi. Be sure to keep the receipt, and send it to us upon your return via our Customer Contact Form.
