MSC Cruises have a number of different fare types, from early savers to special fares. However, the easiest way to look at the fare options on offer with MSC is to look at their different fare experiences. 

MSC has four different fare experiences -

Bella

The lowest-priced experience. 
The cabin is booked on a guarantee basis (this is where the cruise line will allocate the exact cabin number to you).
Cruise changes for a fee.

Fantastica

You can choose the specific cabin number yourself (available with a balcony, ocean view, and interior cabins). 
Unlike the Bella Experience, you are able to make a change to your booking (1 free cruise change). Breakfast in cabin (free delivery).
24-hour room service (delivery for a fee).

Aurea

Available with MSCs suite cabins. You can choose the cabin number. 
You can make 1 free change to your booking. 
You can also receive free delivery of breakfast to your cabin. Plus you will receive a welcome pack when you arrive.

And then for the ultimate in luxury MSC offer the MSC Yacht Club.

Yacht Club guests have a dedicated and private area on the ship. Private pool deck, with whirlpool baths and outdoor bar.
