Cruise-Only Passengers
When you arrive at the Cruise Terminal, you will be directed to the baggage handlers, who will take your bags from you. If you have not already attached the correct bag tags to your luggage, please ask them to help. Your luggage will then be delivered to your cabin.
Fly-Cruise passengers
Once you get off your flight, you will usually have to reclaim your own luggage from the carousel, before heading through Passport Control and in to the Arrivals Hall. If you have transfers included*, you should find a cruise line rep there to direct you to your transfer. On arrival at the Cruise Terminal, you will either have to take your luggage to the baggage handlers yourself, or it will be taken to them on the vehicle. Again, please ensure it is correctly labelled. From here your bags will be taken directly to your stateroom.
Pre-cruise hotel stays can sometimes be the exception to this together with embarkation in some US ports.
*If you have a Fly Cruise package through Iglu, your documentation will show if you have transfers included, and any details required.
Carry-On Bags
We recommend that you pack any boarding documentation such as e-tickets, passports, visas, travel insurance etc plus any required medication in your carry-on bag. It is also a good idea to pack anything you might need upon boarding, such as change of clothes, or swim suit/shorts. That way you don't have to wait for your luggage to arrive in your stateroom, which may not happen until late afternoon.
Any carry-on luggage must be able to fit through the x-ray screening machines. These machines vary in size from port to port, however generally they are similar to those found at airport security checkpoints.
Guests wishing to carry their luggage with them during boarding should note that their stateroom may not be immediately available to store this carry-on luggage.
