- Upgrade cabin, flights
If you would like to change your cabin to a higher grade or perhaps upgrade your flights to a different class, please send your request to our Customer Service Team by filling in our form (link above)
- Change sailing date/itinerary
We understand that sometimes things change, so if the date of your cruise is no longer suitable please use the form to check if you can transfer to an alternative cruise. Please keep in mind that transferring your sailing is subject to the booking terms and conditions and fees and additional costs may apply. Please note that certain fares are ‘non-changeable’ (eg. P&O Cruises Saver Fares) and some of the changes, for example transferring your sailing to an alternative date, can only be done before the balance due date.
- Change flights
If you are looking to change the flights that you have booked, please send your request over to our Customer Service Team via our form. Changes to flights are subject to the booking terms and conditions and fees may apply.
- Change transfers, hotels
Changes to resort transfers and accommodation can be requested with our Customer Service Team by using our form.
- Change dining times/dietary requests
Most cruise lines will be more than happy to accept changes to your dining and dietary requests before you travel. Changes to your dining time are subject to availability and may also depend on the type of fare that you have booked. Send your request via our form.
- Change bed configuration
Unless you have fixed beds in your cabin, your cruise line should be able to amend your bed configuration. Some of our cruise line partners will allow guests to change their bed configuration in their online booking portal. If you require assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team.
- Update information (names, DoB, address, etc.)
Please make us aware of any discrepancies or changes to passenger names, dates of birth, or contact details by using our Customer Contact Form. All names on your booking must match the passports. Name changes may be subject to an amendment fee.
Name changes are possible but unlikely once you are near the sailing date, especially if the booking includes flights and flights that have been confirmed. For further information read 'Can I change a name on my booking?'
- Add/Remove guest(s) from booking
If you would like to look at possibly removing a guest/s from your booking or adding additional guests, you will need to speak to our Customer Service Team. Our experienced agents will be able to check availability and help assist with booking additional accommodation if required.
- Link bookings
If you are travelling with friends or family we recommend that your bookings are linked. Some cruise lines will not be able to seat you together for dinner unless your bookings are linked.
- Add extras: drinks package, car parking, excursions, luggage
Please visit My Booking for further information on how to add extras to your booking. Some cruise lines will allow you to add on excursions and drinks packaged directly with them. Please visit your cruise line booking portal.
- Cancel booking
We understand that circumstances do change. If transferring your cruise to an alternative date is not an option, please contact our Customer Service Team to discuss the cancellation of your booking. Cancellation charges are subject to the booking terms and conditions.
