If you are due a refund, for whatever reason, we will endeavour to get this to you as soon as possible.
If we are your Tour Operator.
Where we are named as your Tour Operator (ie. you have booked a package organised by us, we are named as the operator on your Booking Confirmation and you may have an ATOL certificate showing us as the operator under our ATOL license no. 2987), we will do our best to issue payment within 14 days of this being requested in accordance with our obligations under the Package Travel Regulations. Please bear with us, however, as there may be occasions when it may take a little longer due to an increased volume of bookings requiring refunding. Please allow up to 30 days in these instances.
If we are a Booking Agent for a partner cruise line.
Where another company (eg Royal Caribbean Cruises, Princess Cruises, etc.) is the tour operator (see your Booking Confirmation for further details), we can only refund once payment has been made to our agency. We will pass back any monies as soon as they have been received and reconciled.
Please note: Cruise lines are working to different service levels and therefore there may be a delay in receiving your payment from them in the first instance. Please bear with us and be assured that we are monitoring the refund status on your behalf.
In some instances, the cruise line will issue payments directly to the customer. This is often the case with bookings made with P&O Cruises and Cunard. Please allow up to 60 days in these instances.
