Are transfers between the airport and the ship included with my Fly Cruise Package?

This can depend on if your cruise holiday package was booked with Planet Cruise as your Travel Agent or Tour Operator. Please see your Booking Confirmation or invoice to clarify this.

When Planet Cruise is the Travel Agency

If your travel arrangements have all been arranged through the cruise line, your package will normally include a transfer between the airport to the port and then the port to the airport (where applicable). If you would like to remove the transfer, please discuss this with the sales agent at the time of booking.

When Planet Cruise is the Tour Operator

It will have been discussed with you at the time of booking or shown on our website if booked online, what is included in your cruise holiday package, with details of any applicable transfers between airport-port-airport.
