Can any of the other passengers on my booking contact you?

We hold ourselves to strict GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) standards and therefore we will only amend or discuss details within a booking with the person who entered into a contract in the first place (the Lead Booker).

Whenever a booking is made with us, the Passenger who makes the booking is always considered to be the Lead Booker. We will collect all details from this person as to the holiday itself, their own contact details, and the Full Names and Dates of Birth of all other passengers travelling.

If the Lead Booker wishes, they can give us verbal or written permission to discuss the booking with another Passenger listed. We will note this on the booking, which will then allow us to discuss the booking with the named Passenger.
