Many cruise lines have a loyalty programme. This is very much like a frequent flyer club, that airlines offer. Cruise lines will reward their most frequent guests with additional benefits such as early boarding, complimentary laundry services, complimentary drinks, Wi-Fi, and Specialty dining. 

Most are structured around a points system and you are rewarded points determined by the number of nights you have been at sea with your favourite cruise line.
