What is an ATOL Certificate and how do I get it?

ATOL (Air Travel Organiser’s Licence) is run by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and serves to protect air package holidays offered by UK travel businesses for customers based in the UK. For more details, please see CAA’s site.

Under law, it is mandatory your holiday is financially protected. Whether your fly-cruise package holiday is being provided by the cruise line, or by Planet Cruise, we will provide you with the appropriate ATOL Certificate upon booking.

In most cases, you will receive the ATOL certificate as a PDF attachment to your Planet Cruise Booking Confirmation, but for bookings where we are your Tour Operator, your certificate will only be available for you to download from My Booking. You can log in here using your Iglu Booking Reference and your personal information.
