Due to a major incident involving a wildfire in the New Forest, the A31 in Hampshire is currently closed in both directions between the M27 (Junction 2) and the A338.
Emergency services are on the scene, but National Highways has advised that the road has sustained significant damage.
At present, there is no estimated time for the A31 to reopen.
