Celestyal offer something different to its guests when it comes to drink packages. 

CelestyalPay is a dedicated food and drink tab when you’re onboard. This will give Celestyal guests the flexibility to use their tab credit on a wide range of drinks, from cocktails to milkshakes. 
CelestyalPay can also be used when dining in their speciality restaurants as well - the choice is yours!

When can I purchase CelestyalPay?

CelestyalPay is available for pre-purchase up to 48 hours before departure. If you have already booked your cruise, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team to add the chosen credit amount.

Guests can purchase CelestyalPay on their first day onboard. After that, CelestyalPay won't be available for purchase.

How much credit can I add to my on board account with CelestyalPay?

Guests are offered the opportunity to pre-purchase their onboard food and beverage in €1000, €750, €500, €300, €200 or €100 increments for use on all eligible cruises.

When purchasing a CelestyalPay, Celestyal will then add a bonus of:

• €250 when purchasing a €1000 CelestyalPay
• €175 when purchasing a €750 CelestyalPay
• €100 when purchasing a €500 CelestyalPay
• €55 when purchasing a €300 CelestyalPay
• €35 when purchasing a €200 CelestyalPay
• €15 when purchasing a €100 CelestyalPay

Celestyal has the right to offer an additional bonus in any Euro amount for a select promotional time frame. In case of cancellation for whatever reason, the Guest forfeits the Promotional Bonus, even in cases where a reservation might later be reinstated.

Terms of CelestyalPay.
 

• CelestyalPay is for personal use only and valid for one booking at a time.
• Your CelestyalPay credit may not be transferred to another user. However, guests may purchase bar drinks and meals for another guest onboard.
• CelestyalPay is not required to be purchased by all Guests occupying the same stateroom or travelling together.
• CelestyalPay’s use is limited to the purchase of Food & Beverages onboard Celestyal vessels, including drinks and meals at speciality restaurants. The CelestyalPay cannot be used for any other facilities and experiences, including, without limitation, shore excursions, spa services, or other onboard experiences.
• The minimum legal purchasing age for alcoholic beverages is 18 years and older. Celestyal reserves the right to extend the minimum legal purchasing age, where applicable.
• The use of CelestyalPay for purchasing alcoholic beverages may be subject to applicable local laws. Restrictions may apply while the ship is in port or in certain regions where alcohol consumption laws differ.
• Celestyal reserves the right to refuse the service of alcoholic drinks to any Guest who appears likely to endanger his/her safety or endanger the safety or impair the comfort of others onboard, even if the Guest has a pre-purchased CelestyalPay with remaining credit.
• An 18% service fee will be applied to all purchases made using CelestyalPay, including drinks and meals at speciality restaurants. This service charge will be automatically deducted from the CelestyalPay balance at the time of purchase of the relevant goods.
• CelestyalPay may be cancelled, with a full refund, up to 48 hours before the cruise date.
• CelestyalPay purchased onboard cannot be terminated or refunded.
• Should the cruise date change, the CelestyalPay may be transferred to the new cruise. Any promotional bonus linked to the original CelestyalPay purchase may not be reinstated.
• Any unused CelestyalPay credit (both purchased and bonus) is not refundable to the Guest at the end of the cruise and may not be redeemed for cash.
• Celestyal reserves the right to suspend or withdraw services in the event of abuse of these terms, in which case any unused credit shall not be refunded.
