Airport Check-in
If you need assistance, have special requests (like travelling with a pet or an unaccompanied minor), or prefer to speak with a staff member, you can use the traditional check-in desks. The desks will open 2-3 hours before departure, depending on the destination.
Airport self-service kiosks
The self-service kiosks are a quick and easy way to check in, print your boarding pass, and retrieve your baggage tags. You will need your booking reference or passport.
If you are travelling with only hand luggage and have already checked in online, you can proceed directly through security. If you have bags to check, you can go to the designated Bag Drop area after you've checked in online.
