Cunard check in process

All Cunard passengers can check in online via the cruise line's My Cunard online portal.

What will I need to log into My Cunard?

Please make sure you have the following details to hand to log in - 

• Cunard booking reference. This can be found by logging into Iglu's My Booking and also on your cruise line booking confirmation (emailed to you at the time of booking)
• First and last name of the lead passenger
• Lead passenger's date of birth

What can I access and manage in My Cunard?

• View your Itinerary
• Book Spa Packages
• Add Drinks Packages
• Book/Amend Dining Preferences (selected fares only)
• Book Excursions
• Complete online check-in, and submit your Advanced Passenger Information

Tickets will become available 30 days prior to departure. If you have booked an Early Saver Fare or a Saver Fare, your tickets will become available closer to the date of departure, once a cabin has been allocated. Please do keep checking, should your tickets not be available straight away.

These electronic documents will replace paper tickets and also give you access to more information and additional services ahead of your cruise.
