We will send you an email to confirm that there has been an issue and your booking will be redirected to one of our Cruise Specialists. It can take up to 2 working days for our team to rectify the issue. In most cases, our team will quickly rectify the issue and book the holiday without having to contact you. In this instance, you will receive an Iglu email booking confirmation once the holiday is confirmed.
If our team is unable to confirm your cruise holiday (the most common cause for this is when the cabin that you are trying to book is no longer available), they will contact you directly to discuss this further.
