When you book one of our tailor-made bookings we act as the tour operator and therefore will organise and book each element of your travel arrangements.
We source resort transfers through a transfer specialist. In resort your transfer will be provided by a local supplier.
Our agents will discuss your travel needs at the time of booking and will tailor your holiday to meet your requirements.
Where to view details of your resort transfers.
Some of our customers are happy to make their own arrangements upon arrival at their destination. If you choose to have a pre-booked resort transfer from the airport/port/hotel you can view the details in My Booking and on your booking confirmation email as shown below.
In some instances when you book your tailor-made holiday with us, it may be too early to confirm the transfer arrangements - please see our article Tailor-made Booking - Out of date range travel arrangements guide for further information.
Once the transfers have been confirmed with our supplier, you will be able to view the full details (including the pick-up/drop-off time/s).
*IMPORTANT: Please ensure that the mobile telephone number given at the time of booking is in use and linked to the mobile device that you will have on you when you travel.
Will I receive a transfer voucher before I travel?
Before travel, you will receive an Eticket or voucher for each element of your travel arrangements. For your transfers, we will email you a voucher for each transfer booked. You can view and access your voucher/s by logging into My Booking.
Transfer vouchers do differ for each supplier. However, your voucher will confirm the booking reference, date, time, and location of your transfer.
You will also be provided with details of how to meet your driver.
Some vouchers will also detail your mobile telephone number*, the type of vehicle that has been booked, the name of the local transfer company, and the local contact details for the transfer provider, including an emergency contact telephone number.
What do I do if my transfer doesn't arrive?
Should your transfer fail to show up, please get in touch with the emergency telephone number on your transfer voucher.
Some local transfer companies will also use WhatsApp or text messages to communicate with their customers.
