Can I take my own alcohol onboard my cruise ship?

Cruise lines have different rules when it comes to bringing your own alcohol onboard. Subject to change, it’s important that you check ahead of embarking on your cruise what the cruise lines’ rules are for your specific getaway. 

Certain cruise lines will also allow you to buy alcohol at a port of call and bring it back with you. Please note that the alcohol will normally be collected by the crew when you get back on the ship, held securely, and delivered to your cabin on the last night of your cruise.
