Prior to confirming your holiday, you will be advised of the payment due to confirm your booking. Where we are acting as your travel agent, this will consist of the payment due immediately to your travel organiser (i.e. the cruise line), as well as a deposit payment retained by our agency (‘Agency Deposit’).
Rest assured that the Agency Deposit is used as payment towards your booking in the case that you proceed with your holiday. It is only retained as payment of our agency services in the case of your cancellation of the booking. The Agency Deposit is retained in addition to any cancellation charges applied by the holiday organiser in accordance with their Booking Terms and Conditions, which can be viewed via the link in your booking confirmation. The Agency Deposit is therefore non-refundable.
We remind our customers to obtain a travel insurance policy as soon as possible to ensure that you are covered against any costs of cancellation should you have to cancel your holiday as a result of insurable, unforeseen circumstances.
Further information in respect to the application of the Agency Deposit can be found in our Agency Terms of Business
