Many hotels offer day rooms. This is where you pay a reduced price to have the room for a few hours during the day.
This means that you can head to the hotel once you have disembarked from your cruise, and drop your bags. You can often use the facilities that the hotel has to offer (eat at the restaurant, use the pool or spa facilities if they have some). This is a great way to just relax on your last day before you fly home.
