Post-Travel Feedback.
Whilst we do our very best to ensure all of our customers are happy and have amazing cruise experiences, we do understand that things can and do wrong.
So we have a dedicated Customer Relations team, who will assist our customers with any post-cruise issues such as on-board service complaints or out-of-pocket claims.
If you have travelled and wish to make a complaint, please do so by submitting a Customer Contact Form. The form will be sent directly to our Customer Relations Team and you will receive an automated response to confirm receipt.
Please be advised, that our Customer Relations team has up to 28 days in which to respond.
