Should you have an issue prior to travelling that you wish to discuss further, please contact our Customer Care Team. The quickest way to do this is to fill in the Customer Contact form in My Booking. Or you can talk to a member of our Customer Care team, who will be more than happy to assist you.
Post-Travel Feedback.
We understand that things can and do go wrong. And whilst we do our very best to ensure all of our customers are happy and have amazing cruise experiences, we do have a dedicated team to help resolve any complaints that you may have.
If you have travelled and wish to make a complaint, please do so by logging into My Booking and submitting a Customer Contact form. The form will be sent directly to our Customer Relations Team and you will receive an automated response to confirm receipt.
Please be advised, that our Customer Relations team has up to 28 days in which to respond.
