Can I have my Future Cruise Credit (FCC) in my account refunded as I don’t meet the vaccination requirements?

If you will not meet the vaccination requirements, you are entitled to a full refund of any monies paid, with the exception of any additional percentage of FCC awarded as a goodwill gesture – this goodwill FCC will be retained against your account and is non-refundable.
