Yes, the majority of cruise lines will assign a time slot for your arrival and boarding to make sure the embarkation process runs smoothly and all health and safety procedures are followed. Please check your e-ticket once you complete your check-in for the assigned embarkation time. We recommend that you do not arrive too early or too late and follow the cruise lines' guidelines. Due to enhanced screening procedures and health protocols in place, embarkation might take longer than usual.
Cruise ships will usually begin boarding approximately four hours before the scheduled departure time, typically around 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Please note that your allocated arrival time can potentially be changed. This is down to the cruise line's discretion.
Please contact our Customer Care Team, who will be happy to speak to the cruise line to see if the time can be amended.
