Once your holiday is confirmed, you will be sent a Planet Cruise Booking Confirmation, by email, within 24 hours. This document will show the details of the holiday as it was discussed.
If you have booked with us as your Travel Agency, as shown in your Confirmation, we will also pass on any paperwork from the cruise line as appropriate. This will likely include the Invoice from the cruise line. Please keep these documents safe.
Please note that the cruise line invoice confirms the cruise line’s price of the holiday, which in most cases will differ from that agreed upon at the time of booking. The cruise line’s price will not include any discounts given by us and the breakdown of costs might be slightly different. Please also note that there will be a difference in the balance due date required by us versus the cruise line. We do collect balances in advance of the cruise line’s balance due date to ensure we have sufficient time to transfer the balance to the cruise line.
Your cruise tickets and boarding instructions will be available for you to access directly on the cruise line’s site after your check-in is completed. We will send ticketing information via email 21 days before your departure. The majority of cruise lines now provide tickets either online or in an e-format. They have also introduced mobile apps on which you can check-in and download your cruise documents, find more information about your sailing and add/pre-book extra services.

Hurtigruten does not have the facility for you to obtain your tickets/boarding passes directly. Tickets are sent through to you by ourselves and are usually sent approximately 7 days prior to departure.
If you have booked a package holiday with us, where we act as Tour Operators, as shown on your Confirmation, the only Invoice you receive will be the Booking Confirmation we send you.
