If I cancel my cruise, will the agency deposit be retained or £25 cancellation charge be added?

If your sailing has not been cancelled by the cruise line and you cancel your booking as per standard terms and conditions, we will retain the agency deposit (or £25pp cancellation fee if applicable).

If the cruise line has cancelled the sailing and you were offered a full refund or FCC by the cruise line, the agency deposit/£25pp is not applicable. Also, if you cancel your current reservation and rebook/transfer to a later date, we would not apply our cancellation fee for the original booking.
