If your cruise has been cancelled by the cruise line, we will notify you as soon as possible. Usually, we will send an email with all options available to you and with the attached form to capture your intention on how to proceed next with your reservation.
Usually, cruise lines offer a few alternatives such as Future Cruise Credit, move to an alternative date with additional benefits, or a cash refund.
If you have been issued a cash refund by the cruise line, you can still rebook with a different supplier as we are able to transfer this money to a booking with any other cruise line. If you have been issued an FCC, you can only use this on the cruise line that has issued the original FCC.
