If you decide to cancel your cruise, terms and conditions will apply and they depend on the supplier you are traveling with, type of the promotion you booked under, and if the flexible or standard cancellation terms apply. Usually bookings are in higher cancellation charges past the balance due date.
Any further charges will be dependent on the date you cancel and if you have booked a package holiday with Iglu, or with the cruise line.
Who your contract is with, will be shown on your Planet Cruise Booking Confirmation, where you can also find a link to the terms and conditions and appropriate Cancellation Schedule.
