Where you paid by card, we will always attempt to refund to the same account associated with that card. Even if the original card has expired, we can carry out a refund to the account associated with the original payment method.
Where a customer didn’t pay by card in the first place, or there is some reason we cannot process a refund to the original card (eg. due to the closure of the account), we will ask you to provide details of a target bank account so that payment can be transferred directly to you.
