If you see an error on your Booking Confirmation, please inform us as soon as possible. It is vital we are made aware of this so we can update your information and inform the cruise line and other suppliers who make up a part of your package.
All names and further details like DOB must be spelt correctly and as per in your passports. Please also check that the packages’ details and the pricing is as you expected.
If you fail to tell us of any errors on your Booking Confirmation straight away it may cost you a fee in admin charges to correct the information at a later date from the suppliers.
You can contact us via your My Booking portal to tell us of any error, you will need your Planet Cruise reference and personal details to hand.
