How Do I Check in for my Virgin Voyage?

Checking in for your Virgin Voyage is very straightforward and can be completed 2 weeks before your sailing date.

24 hours before your sail, Virgin Voyages will require all guests to complete a health check form.

Once you have access to the Sailor App, you will be able to complete the following;

• Online Check-in
• Book shore excursions
• Keep up to date on daily happenings and entertainment onboard

Step One: Online Check-in

Firstly, you will need to download the Virgin Voyages Sailor App.

Once you have the app installed on your device, you will be able to check in for your cruise. Please ensure that you complete the online check-in for everyone in your party. 

Once you have checked in, you will be given a terminal arrival time. This is your designated time to arrive at the terminal and complete your check-in. Boarding will begin around 2:15 pm, but we strongly advise that you do not turn up before the time that you have been allocated.

Step Two: Terminal Check-in and Security

When you arrive at the port, please make sure that you have both your passport and access to your Virgin Voyages Sailor App.
The check-in staff will validate who you are and make sure that the online check-in has been completed for everyone in your party.
Your bags will be scanned through security, and then you will be given your Virgin Voyages wristband. This will act as your cabin key and your payment method when onboard the ship.
