Yes, you can manage your booking directly with Marella Cruises. However, you will need access to more than one website.
Here is a guide to managing all booking elements directly with Marella Cruises.
How to Manage Your Cruise:
To manage your cruise, you will need to log into the Marella Cruise Control website log in, you will need the following information to hand:
- Departure Date
- Marella Booking Reference
- Lead Passenger Surname
Once you have logged in, you will be able to do the following:
- Complete the online check-in process to access your travel documents.
- Print your luggage labels and boarding passes for your cruise.
- Book your excursions and onboard experiences.
All of this information can be found on your Iglu Booking Confirmation Email, which we send to you at the time of booking.
How to Manage Your Flights:
If you have a Marella Cruises’ booking that includes TUI Airways flights, you can manage your flights by logging into the TUI Flight Extras website.
To log in, make sure that you have the following information to hand;
- Marella Booking Reference
- Lead Passenger Surname
- Departure Date
Select the brand ‘TUI’ from the drop-down box
Once you have logged in, you will be able to do the following:
- Complete the online check-in process to access your flight travel documents.
- Choose your plane seats.
All of this information can be found on your Iglu Booking Confirmation Email, which we send to you at the time of booking.
When Can I Add My Advanced Passenger Information (API) to My Marella Cruises Booking?
Your API can be added about 6 weeks before you depart. Adding your API is simple and can be done when you have logged into the Marella Cruise Control by clicking on the 'Passport Information' box, as shown in the image below.
You will also need to add your passport details to your TUI flight booking when logging into the TUI Flight Extras website. From the homepage, scroll down to 'Travel Documents'. Click 'add these' to input all passengers' passport details.
When Will My Cabin Be Assigned On My Marella Cruise?
If you haven't paid to pre-select your cabin on your Marella cruise, the cruise line will assign a cabin to you approximately two weeks before you sail.
Your cabin number can be found on your travel documents or will be allocated to you when you check in at the port.
