We understand that from time to time our customers may experience an issue with their resort transfer. Please follow these simple guidelines should you have an issue when you are away with your transfer.
Cruise Line Transfer
If your holiday package includes a transfer provided and arranged by your cruise line, you will need to contact the cruise line or speak to a cruise line representative if you have any problems or queries regarding your transfer.
Tailor-made bookings
If you have booked a Tailor-made package with us, we will have booked your transfer through our own supplier. You will receive a transfer voucher prior to travel (by email) and this voucher will contain all the information and contact details (including local emergency telephone numbers) that you need should you have an issue or any queries regarding your transfer whilst in the resort.
