Your final balance due date is confirmed on your booking confirmation email, which is emailed out to you once your booking has been confirmed.
If you miss the deadline to pay your balance and late payment is permitted, a £10 per person charge is payable at the time that you pay your balance.
It is important that payment is made by the agreed due date. If payments are not received on time, we will notify the principal(s) or supplier(s) who may cancel your booking and charge the cancellation fees set out in their Terms and Conditions.
If you are unable to pay the final balance by your due date, please let us know immediately. In exceptional circumstances, we are able to work with our customers and suppliers and adjust a balance due date if there is no risk of charges or liability on our part.
